How Horses Help with Depression
Depression can make everything feel hopeless and gray. Horses bring color back into life. The simple act of caring for a horse—grooming, feeding, just being present—provides structure and purpose. Horses also reflect our emotional states back to us, helping us become aware of patterns we might not see ourselves. At Majesty LC, we've seen people rediscover joy, connection, and hope through their relationships with our herd.
Why Choose Equine-Assisted Therapy?
Research shows that equine-assisted therapy can be highly effective for depression. Horses provide immediate, honest feedback and create opportunities for emotional breakthroughs that traditional therapy settings may not offer.
